To confirm your reservation, a preauthorization amount will be deducted
on your credit card.
Cancellation Policy:
STAY
· You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 48
hours before
your room becomes available for you (4 pm on the day
of arrival). After this time, the amount collected will be charged
(50% of reservation cost).
· For a stay confirmed of more than 3 nights,
50% non-refundable deposit required.
· For a group reservation (multi-rooms), cancellation must occur 96
hours in advance.
DAY
· You may cancel your reservation for a treatment without penalty
up
to 24
hours before the time of your treatment. After this time,
a penalty of 50% will be charged.
· For a group reservation (4 persons or more taking a treatment and/or
an
access),
cancellation
must
occur 48
hours in advance and the penalty will be 50% of treatment and access.
