For all stay packages
∎ Price for 2 guests, based on the reservation of a standard room on weekdays.
∎ Add 12.50$/guest/night on weekends, holidays, school breaks and high season.
∎ Add 20$/night for a Superior room and 90$/night for our Deluxe suite.
∎ Rebate of 20$/night in our Romantic 4 seasons tent and in a Glamping suite.
∎ You can add nights to a package and you'll continue to enjoy unlimited access to the hots tubs for free (up to 3 nights).

To confirm your reservation, a preauthorization amount will be deducted on your credit card.

Cancellation Policy:

STAY
· You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 48 hours before your room becomes available for you (4 pm on the day of arrival). After this time, the amount collected will be charged (50% of reservation cost).
· For a stay confirmed of more than 3 nights, 50% non-refundable deposit required.
· For a group reservation (multi-rooms), cancellation must occur 96 hours in advance.

DAY
· You may cancel your reservation for a treatment without penalty up to 24 hours before the time of your treatment. After this time, a penalty of 50% will be charged.
· For a group reservation (4 persons or more taking a treatment and/or an access), cancellation must occur 48 hours in advance and the penalty will be 50% of treatment and access.
