› Price includes breakfast.
› Prices do not include unlimited access to spas and saunas (from 10 am the day you arrive to 6pm the day you leave) which is a mandatory reduced fee of 39$/pers, for a stay of one night. For additional nights, the fee is reduced to 20$/pers.
› Upon request, your room can be furnished with two twin beds.
› Upon request, a single bed can be added to your room (extra fees).

To confirm your reservation, a preauthorization amount will be deducted on your credit card.

Cancellation Policy:

STAY
· You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to 48 hours before your room becomes available for you (4 pm on the day of arrival). After this time, the amount collected will be charged (50% of reservation cost).
· For a stay confirmed of more than 3 nights, 50% non-refundable deposit required.
· For a group reservation (multi-rooms), cancellation must occur 96 hours in advance.

DAY
· You may cancel your reservation for a treatment without penalty up to 24 hours before the time of your treatment. After this time, a penalty of 50% will be charged.
· For a group reservation (4 persons or more taking a treatment and/or an access), cancellation must occur 48 hours in advance and the penalty will be 50% of treatment and access.
